If you have given permission to use any photographs taken at your event we may use them on the website or within our social media platforms. Full permission will granted by owners and photographers prior to any photographs being published and for professional photographers, we are happy to give credit.
Contact forms
On receiving your booking enquiry, we use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. Palladium Executive Hire does not store any customer payment details beyond data stored within our online Payment Provider, as is required to process any payments and manage standard accounts keeping.
You will receive confirmation of your booking via email, and we advise storing this email as it will be required for any future correspondence regarding any changes to your booking.
Cookies
If you use the contact form on our site you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you contact the site again. These cookies will last for one year.
If you create an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
